Metal Chip Vacuum Test Setup
The sample included small chunks of rusty metal in different shapes and thicknesses, with some longer stringy strands mixed throughout. The chips were still oily from machine oil or coolant, but the material had also compacted together during shipping. That packing made pickup harder when the tools were trying to pull material directly from the shipping container.
Once the chips were dumped out and loosened, the test changed quickly. The material opened up, airflow could reach the chips more evenly, and every tested tool performed cleanly. That is exactly why Depureco Labs tests real customer material instead of assuming all metal chips behave the same way.
