This Depureco Labs test shows the ECOBULL TAN recovering customer-supplied foundry housekeeping debris, metal slag, chips, drill chips, and mixed dry cleanup material from a foundry-style production environment.
ECOBULL TAN Foundry Vacuum Test Setup
The ECOBULL TAN was tested as a standalone three-phase industrial vacuum for mixed foundry housekeeping and metal chip recovery. This material profile is a good fit for evaluating how a continuous-duty industrial vacuum handles dry debris, drill chips, production floor material, and heavier cleanup around casting, maintenance, machining, or finishing areas.
What This Test Shows
Foundry cleanup material can include abrasive dust, slag-like debris, metal chips, drill chips, and general production floor buildup. The goal of this test was to see how the ECOBULL TAN performed on the customer’s actual material before recommending a vacuum setup.
Application Fit
This test is relevant for foundries, casting operations, metalworking plants, maintenance teams, production managers, and facilities teams that need stronger cleanup than a light-duty shop vacuum can provide. For fine combustible metal dust, hot material, reactive dust, or classified-area cleanup, the material hazard and facility requirements should be reviewed separately before selecting equipment.
